Default Pvp water snare builds

Hi i'm just wondering how to set up a really nice water snare build to use for AB and such, i've been running a blind epidemic build and would like to switch it up. Any builds and comments are welcomed =)

[build=wheee;OgBDo4ysSrOrDONQimVMgQDuDA]

there... no damage though

[build=whee with damage;OgBDo4ysSpMrDONQimVMgQDuDA]

That has a bit more damage, but one less snare.

Understand the concept, however, as an ele, imho, your strength in AB is the ability to pump out AoE effects and damage. Unless you are going in an organized/Guild team, I would cut down on the single target stuff.

Suggest [Maelstrom] should be there somewhere
